As founders with extensive corporate careers and deep experience in data management and digital innovation, we established Integration Alpha GmbH to advise our clients on data-driven digital solutions. Leveraging our combined expertise in both business and technology, we understand the importance of integrating speed and flexibility with strategic planning and robust execution.

Even with all the corporate experience, we recognized a significant gap between developing custom solutions for individual clients and creating a product that could serve a broader market. This realization led us to begin developing the tools for data and AI-driven digital solutions that we had long sought in our previous roles.

As more and more of our clients sought comprehensive support, we began developing specialized products to meet these needs. We focused on creating solutions for outsourced regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy through automated processes.

Additionally, we expanded our offerings in outside-in innovation services, helping clients integrate external innovations into their business models. This involved developing scalable tools for big data analytics, AI-driven insights, and robust enterprise-grade integration services. This enabled our clients to streamline their operations and enhance their decision-making capabilities.

The Ferris data and AI platform was developed and integrated into prime customer sites beginning in 2016. After several years, we matured to split the professional services from the digital product development. Integration Alpha GmbH continued to provide holistic end-to-end solutions for our clients, while Ferris Labs AG (est. in 2021), focused exclusively on our Ferris data and AI-driven digital transformation product.

In addition, we built a business ecosystem with our cloud, technology/system integrator, and management consulting partners. As a result, we have repeatedly been recognized as a WealthTech100 company.

The Ferris data and AI platform provided by Ferris Labs AG has been enhanced with machine learning (ML), large language models (LLM), and AI functionalities over the last few years. The digital solution delivery has been bundled in our newly established Ferris Solutions AG, taking over the activities of Integration Alpha GmbH.

Ferris Solutions AG provides data and AI-driven digital solutions in the areas of client experience, operational excellence, regulatory and compliance, and data management and governance.

Together, Ferris Labs AG and Ferris Solutions AG will accelerate digital innovation and continue to deliver business impact for our clients.
